Description

With south facing bay window giving outstanding harbour views, this comfortably furnished wharfside flat is just a few minutes walk away from the beaches, shops and restaurants. Wharf House has been family owned and supervised since 1957. 

There are three steps from side street level into the entrance yard. Entrance hall. Lounge/dining room with large bay window, electric fire, night storage heater, TV/DVD Player. Hatch to kitchen with fitted units, split-level oven and hob unit, microwave and fridge. Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan, wash basin, shaver point. Bedroom with two 2ft 6in divans. Bathroom with bath, including thermostatic shower, wash basin, wall heater. Separate wc.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heating: Heating and electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Cafe: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: Adults only. No smoking. No pets. Mobile phone coverage varies.
