This well presented first floor apartment enjoys quite magnificent views over St Ives Harbour towards Porthminster Beach and Porthminster Point.

Entrance up 11 steps. Slate tiled hallway. Sitting area with sofa-bed, balcony and stunning views with TV and DVD player. Dining area with bay window with harbour views. Open Plan Kitchen with electric oven, hob, larder fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Shower room with walk in shower, wash basin and wc.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 small dog, £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Cafe: 0.1 ml.

PROPERTY NAME: 1 White Hart House


PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest long stay carpark is The Island.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Access to property is from Fish Street which is a tarmac road just off the harnour front which is a mix of tarmac and cobble. Loading and un-loading can be done from Fish Street or the harbour front a few steps from the entrance door.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are 10 steps leading up to the property with a handrail on the right. There is a 1 step at the front door entrance.


STAIRS/STEPS: There are 2 small steps in the main bedroom

FLOORING: The floor is tiled throughout except in the main bedroom which is carpetted on the raised area.

BEDROOMS: The access around the double bed is unrestricted. There are 2 steps up in the master bedroom to the bed area. Beds in twin room accessed from one side only.
