Mary Ann Sailors is a recently refurbished three bedroomed cottage in the heart of St Ives. Being so close to the harbour, makes this the perfect location for a family getaway. The cottage is ideally located for the beaches, restaurants and boutique shops of St Ives. This property sleeps five, has a fully equipped kitchen and Wifi.
Entrance to this property is just off the Sloop car park. Please note steps down into property immediately behind the front door. On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining area with electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, table and chairs. The lounge area has two leather sofas, easy chair, TV, freeview and DVD player.
From the lounge the stairs with handrail lead to the first floor, where there is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a basin and wc. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (4ft 6 inches), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed (3ft) with a wardrobe. There is no room for a cot in the bedrooms.
No parking. The nearest car park is The Island pay & display public car park
Changeover day: Saturday arrival 3pm - departure 10am
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.

Lovely large property right next to the harbour beach and Fore Street. No sea views but good accommodation for the price. Refurbished with all kitchen appliances.
The property is situated in the centre of town just yards from the beach. Though there is no parking at the property it is situated on the pay and display car park next to the Sloop so is easy to park to load and unload. The long stay car park is a 5 minute walk. It is quite a spacious property with 3 decent sized bedrooms - it would have been nice to have a wardrobe and some mirrors in the bedrooms. The furniture was reasonably comfortable and the equipment was of good quality and clean. All in all a really good place to stay
