Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, leading to Dining area, then into Lounge area with stunning views across the harbour to Porthminster Beach, TV, DVD player and 2 x 3ft cabinets housing pull down beds. (The window in this room is wide opening and not suitable to be left open when young children are unsupervised).

A small flat in a wonderful location, ideal as a base for those who spend their days exploring outdoors. It does however need updating to some furniture to make it more appealing.

This property is ideally located, right on the harbour but away from evening noise. We have stayed here many times over the years and it has become like a second home.

A superb view of the harbour with windows that open wide. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Everything you need in a small kitchen. Only a few steps to the beach so you can pop back to make a cup of tea easily.
