This first floor flat is situated directly on the harbour front with a superb view of the harbour across to Porthminster Beach.

8 steps from Bethesda Hill up to Stable door entrance. Hallway to Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and spectacular view across the harbour. Bathroom with electric shower over the bath, wash basin, wc, mirror with light . Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge areas. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, leading to Dining area, then into Lounge area with stunning views across the harbour to Porthminster Beach, TV, DVD player and 2 x 3ft cabinets housing pull down beds. (The window in this room is wide opening and not suitable to be left open when young children are unsupervised).

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: The access is up a cobbled pathway off the Wharf. It is possible to unload from the Wharf but not advised to leave your vehicle unattended.

Frome the cobbled pathway there are 8 steps leading up to the front door with a handrail on the right.. There is a small threshold step through into the property.


STAIRS/STEPS: There are no internal steps inside the property

There are ceramic tiles throughout the property except in the living area and bedroom.

BEDROOMS: The access around around the beds is unrestricted.
