Situated directly on the harbour front this second floor apartment boasts superb views across the harbour, town and across to Porthminster Beach from both the spacious living area and main bedroom.

From the small communal courtyard directly off the harbour 12 steps take you up to the front door, then 12 stairs, fitted with a stairgate at the top take you to the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge with wide opening windows (not suitable to be left open with young children) to enjoy the fantastic views has a TV, DVD player, CD player and double sofa bed for alternative sleeping. The well equipped kitchen comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/drier and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and a window with harbour views. Accessed through the main bedroom is the second bedroom with Bunk beds (top bunk has restricted head room). Also accessed through the same bedroom is the bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash basin and wc.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bed and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.

PARKING: No allocated parking. Nearest car park is The Island

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: The wharf is a cobbled street. It is possible to unload from the wharf but do not advise to leave vehicles unattended.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are 13 steps up to the property from the wharf with a handrail on the left. There is one more step at the front door.


STAIRS/STEPS: One entering the property then there are 12 steps up to the apartment with a handrail on the left.

FLOORING: The property is carpetted throughout except in the kitchen and bathroom which has lino flooring

BEDROOMS: There is unrestricted access around the bed in the double bedroom. The ceiling above the bunk beds is slanted.


BATHROOMS: Seperate bath and shower cubicle which there is a step up into and the door opens outwards.

LIVING AREA: All windows have curtains

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: No external areas

CHILD EQUIPMENT: There is a fixed stair gate at the top of the stairs
