Description

Walk into the airy lounge/diner and you are immediately entranced by the beautiful blue waters of St Ives Bay with sweeping uninterrupted vistas of the whole of the bay across to Godrevy lighthouse. This pet-friendly apartment is situated on The Terrace, an elegant row of period houses leading into the town centre, set above the pristine blue flagged Porthminster Beach and is especially convenient for those arriving by train on the picturesque St Erth to St Ives branch line connecting from the London to Penzance mainline. The harbour, restaurants and shops are just moments away and The Tate St Ives, a ten minute stroll. 

Recently refurbished, the apartment is on the second floor with a stylish and comfortable open plan lounge/diner. There are two sofas, a Smart TV, and the dining area seats four and is positioned close to the large window where you can enjoy the stunning views that the property has to offer. There is a compact but well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a kingsize 5' bed and the second bedroom has solid 3" bunk beds. The bathroom has a cubicle with electric shower, basin and WC and heated towel rail.

SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT:
Kitchen: Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
Lounge/Diner: Smart TV, dining table with chairs, fantastic sea views.
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5"), bedside cabinets, hanging rail, chaise longue, beautiful sea views.

Shower Room: Electric shower (with step up), basin, heated towel rail and w.c.

GARDEN AND PARKING: No garden and no private parking. Nearest long stay public car park is located at Railway Station Car Park (TR26 2BH).

Great location and beautifully furnished property. Stunning beach views of Porthminster and short walk to the beach which was exactly what we wanted for our holiday. This is a wonderful location with beach nearly on the doorstep and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The owners have lovingly furnished the property and have gone above and beyond to make it comfortable. The welcome pack was excellent and our dog loved the extra pampering and treats. Does not have parking but we used the station parking. Again its just down the road and we could see our car all through the week from our window although it was very busy being so close to the beach. The owners were very prompt with fulfilling our request for a extra fan as we were lucky to be there on the hottest week in July. All in all a great stay and would happily come back.
