This comfortable and attractive property consists of two flats situated in an elevated position overlooking the heart of St Ives. Both flats have large picture windows and fantastic views over the town and harbour. Flat 2 is situated on the first floor, Flat 1 on the second. The flats are very conveniently positioned for the town and beaches, and are easily accessible from the bus, coach and railway stations. They are only a 3-4 minute walk from the beautiful and popular family beach at Porthminster.

Good location and great views of the harbour. Comfortable apartment and fittings were good. Easy access from the rail station and also very convenient for buses.
