A well presented apartment with superb sea views from the lounge across Porthminster Beach toward Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The shops, restaurants, beach and beautifully scenic St Ives Branch line are just a few minutes walk away. There is a coin operated laundry room communal to the block.
Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area with electric oven and hob, larder fridge microwave, TV, DVD player, CD player, music centre with iPod dock, storage heater and panoramic views over Porthminster Beach to Godrevy and across St Ives Bay. Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
