A well presented apartment with superb sea views from the lounge across Porthminster Beach toward Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The shops, restaurants, beach and beautifully scenic St Ives Branch line are just a few minutes walk away. There is a coin operated laundry room communal to the block.

Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area with electric oven and hob, larder fridge  microwave, Smart TV including access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, BT Sport for guests with their own subscription, DVD player, CD player, music centre with iPod dock, storage heater and panoramic views over Porthminster Beach to Godrevy and across St Ives Bay. Shower room with large shower cubicle, wash basin, wc, heated towel rail. Spacious bedroom with 5ft bed, hairdryer and storage heater.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: Adults only. No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided.  Mobile phone reception varies. Coin operated washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room. Secure underground parking in the shared garage accessed from the front of the building, space No 31.

PROPERTY NAME: 31 Carrack Widden


PARKING: Parking space in secure communal garage underneath.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the Garage: 43 Steps up to property level With a rail on the right to 1/3 of the way, and then a rail on the left. OR From the rear pedestrian entrance: 7 Steps down and then 7 steps up to property level with a rail on both sides.

PROPERTY ACCESS: To unload it is possible to park on the tarmac parking area/pedestrian entrance at the rear of the building (do not leave your vehicle unattended).


STAIRS/STEPS: No steps/stairs internally, edgings strips dividing rooms to hall , bedroom and lounge/dining area.

FLOORING: Ceramic floor tiles in the kitchen/ dining area/hall and bathroom. Carpets in bedroom and lounge area.

BEDROOMS: Good Access around beds.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Synthetic. Duvet and pillow covers are a cotton mix

BATHROOMS: Shower cubicle with sliding doors but no hand rails

LIVING AREA: Curtains to windows.

31 carrack widden was an excellent apartment with a wonderful view over porthminster beach. Spotlessly clean and well furnished and only a five minute walk into the town we had a great time during the week we spent there.
