This well appointed apartment has spectacular views across St Ives Bay to Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. Furnished in a modern style, it is within minutes walk of the beautiful Porthminster Beach, scenic St Ives Branch line, restaurants and shops. There is a coin operated laundry room communal to the block.

Living room with L shaped sofa, TV, Blu Ray DVD player and CD player/radio/ipod dock. Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and DVD player. Bathroom with large shower cubicle, wash basin wc and heated towel rail/radiator.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No Children. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies according to network. Coin operated washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room. Gated parking in the shared garage accessed from the front of the building, space No. 28. Please note there is a parking post in place - there is no lock fitted.  If it is in the upright position it can be lifted and lowered to the ground.

PROPERTY NAME: 28 Carrack Widden


PARKING: Parking space in gated underground communal garage.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the Garage: 29 steps up to the property level with a rail on the right to half way and then a rail on the left. OR From the rear pedestrian entrance: 14 Steps down to property level with a rail on both sides.

PROPERTY ACCESS: To unload it is possible to park on the tarmac parking area/pedestrian entrance at the rear of the building (do not leave your vehicle unattended).


STAIRS/STEPS: There is a threshold step into shared hallway. The property is level throughout.

FLOORING: There is laminate flooring in the living area. The bedroom has a fitted carpet. The bathroom has amtico flooring. There is only one dividing strip between the hall and the bedroom floors. 

BEDROOMS: There is no restricted access around the bed.


BATHROOMS: Double width shower cubicle with door with 1 step into the shower.

LIVING AREA: Curtains to windows.

Fantastic views and 5 minutes' walk into town and the added bonus its own parking space, which is very rare in St Ives.

This is a very well equipped apartment, which is also spacious and has a brilliant view over St. Ives Bay. It is incredibly well located for the town, the beach and the buses, which offer an excellent service for walks down the coast.
