This well appointed apartment has spectacular views across St Ives Bay to Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. Furnished in a modern style, it is within minutes walk of the beautiful Porthminster Beach, scenic St Ives Branch line, restaurants and shops. There is a coin operated laundry room communal to the block.
Living room with L shaped sofa, TV, Blu Ray DVD player and CD player/radio/ipod dock. Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and DVD player. Bathroom with large shower cubicle, wash basin wc and heated towel rail/radiator.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

We had a lovely stay at this property, this was the second time we visited and we will be sure to return. Perfect location for getting to the beach and going into town but far enough away from the occasional busy crowds. Parking is quite difficult to come by in St. Ives so the private parking that comes with this property is a life saviour. I have recommended this property to all my family and friends.
