Lower Black Rock is a ground floor two-bedroom apartment, one of two apartments in a large traditional townhouse within in a grand St Ives terrace in a sought after location. Lower Black Rock is just a short stroll down to the picture perfect harbour with its almost tropical looking turquoise water and lighting making it such a popular destination for artists. The harbour is framed by many independent shops and many great restaurants, making it perfect for any foodie. The apartment still retains many original character features alongside contemporary holiday living. The living room boasts fine sea and coastal views, plus the apartment has exclusive use of a charming garden area with outside furniture.

OUTSIDE AND PARKING: The apartment has exclusive use of a lovely garden which is situated across the quiet rear lane. The garden is accessed via seven granite steps and has a table and chairs for outside dining. No private parking, public car parks nearby.

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist.
