Situated just off the corner of Street-an-Pol and St Andrews Street this house has been renovated to a high standard with the living room on the top floor to take advantage of the light and the views of St Ives town and Bay.

Entrance up 1 flight of stairs to First Floor: Kitchen/dining room with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom with 5ft bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Separate wc. Bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier. Second Floor: Attic living room with TV, DVD player and balconette window with rooftop views of St Ives and the harbour.

PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest public car park is the Train Station Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Entrance through gate and small pathway. Drop off point in Street an Pol outside the gate. Do not leave your vehicle unattended.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 3 steps up to front door, wide long steps no handrail.


STAIRS/STEPS: 10 from ground floor entrance hallway to 1st floor landing/bathroom, rail on left. 4 More up to kitchen and bedrooms, rail on the left. Another flight of stairs to the top floor lounge.
