Situated in a fantastic position on the Warren right on the water's edge and above the rocks, The Beach Hut is a quirky, well equipped, ground floor apartment which boasts stunning views across the harbour and beyond.

The entrance on the Warren takes you into a communal hall. From there you enter into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and double sofa bed. A comfortable window seat allows you to sit and watch the waves crash against the rocks below. The bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and en-suite which comprises of a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Please note that one of the beds is the double sofa bed in the lounge. Mobile phone reception varies.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Access is down the one way system from Primrose Valley. The drop off point is outside the front door. Vehicles not to be left unattended.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are no steps from street level.


STAIRS/STEPS: The property is on the level throughout.

FLOORING: There is carpet throughout except in the kitchen and bathroom which has lino.

BEDROOMS: There is unrestricted access around the double bed


BATHROOMS: There is a shower cubicle with a sliding glass shower screen. A small step up into the shower.

LIVING AREA: There are slated blinds with pull cords on the windows

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: No external areas
