Description
With a sea view across the bay from the lounge this light and airy upper ground floor apartment with a private parking space is ideally located on the Porthminster side of St Ives avoiding driving through town but just a few minutes stroll from Porthminster Beach, The Harbour, Shops and Railway Station.
From the parking area there is just one step to the apartment. The hallway leads to a Lounge/Kitchen and Dining area. The light and airy Lounge has a TV/DVD Player and Music system. The Kitchen is equipped with a Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Fridge/Freezer and Microwave. The twin bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds and a hairdryer. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed, TV/DVD Player, hairdryer and ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The family bathroom has a P-shaped bath with a shower over, wc, wash basin, heated towel rail and a cupboard housing a washer/drier.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels
