With a sea view across the bay from the lounge this light and airy upper ground floor apartment with a private parking space is ideally located on the Porthminster side of St Ives avoiding driving through town but just a few minutes stroll from Porthminster Beach, The Harbour, Shops and Railway Station.

From the parking area there is just one step to the apartment. The hallway leads to a Lounge/Kitchen and Dining area. The light and airy Lounge has a TV/DVD Player and Music system. The Kitchen is equipped with a Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Fridge/Freezer and Microwave. The twin bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds and a hairdryer. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed, TV/DVD Player, hairdryer and ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The family bathroom has a P-shaped bath with a shower over, wc, wash basin, heated towel rail and a cupboard housing a washer/drier.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent. Central heating.

PROPERTY NAME: Catalonia-Mia, 6 Lyonesse Apartments


PARKING: Allocated space at the rear of the property 16ft long x 6ft wide.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tarmac and paved

PROPERTY ACCESS: There is one step leading up to the front door from the parking area and a threshold step to enter.


STAIRS/STEPS: The property is on one level throughout with no internal stairs.

FLOORING: The property has carpet in the hallway, bedrooms and living area. Lino in the kitchen with an edging strip and tiled bathroom floors.

BEDROOMS: There is unrestricted access around the bed in the master ebdroom, and access down the middle of the twin beds only.


BATHROOMS: The main bathroom is a shower over bath with a movable curved glass screen. The ensuite is a shower cubicle with an inward folding screen and a threshold step to enter.

LIVING AREA: Cord pull/twist and turn blinds on all windows plus curtains in the bedrooms

Very welcoming - tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and fresh flowers all made us feel at home. kitchen very well equipped with utensils.
