This spacious ground floor apartment is one in a block which have been finished to a very high standard. Situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives the apartment has a whirlpool bath and a patio area to the front of the building with superb views across the Bay.

Ensuite with shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Dining Area. Lounge with TV/DVD player and sea views to Hayle Towans, Godrevy and beyond. Kitchen with granite work surfaces, gas hob, double electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with shower cubicle, whirlpool bath, wc, wash basin, heated towel rail. Twin Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, TV/DVD player.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

PARKING: 1 Parking space. 1 to the rear of the block accessed via 12 steps up.


PROPERTY ACCESS: 3 steps up to front door from the front of the block.


STAIRS/STEPS: 2 steps up to property entrance and threshold step. The property is then level throughout.

FLOORING: Carpets throughout and lino in the kitchen and tiled bathrooms.

BEDROOMS: Un-restricted access around beds. 1 bed in twin room can be accessed from 1 side only.


BATHROOMS: Ensuite has a step into shower, hand held shower and no grab rail. Main Bathroom has a whirl pool bath, no grab rails and a step into the shower cubicle.

LIVING AREA: Gas Fire, Shutters to windows

EXTERNAL AREAS: Shared seating area to the front of the block.


PETS: Not Accepted


We have stayed at 9 Lyonesse Apartment 3 times now and always enjoy are time there. This spacious property is in a great location and parking is always a big plus in st ives, will certainly be staying again in the future.
