PARKING: 2 Parking spaces. 1 to the rear of the block accessed via 12 steps up, and the other at the end of the road just a short walk away.


PROPERTY ACCESS: 3 steps up to front door from the front of the block.


STAIRS/STEPS: 2 steps up to property entrance and threshold step. The property is then level throughout.

FLOORING: Carpets throughout and lino in the kitchen and tiled bathrooms.

BEDROOMS: Un-restricted access around beds. 1 bed in twin room can be accessed from 1 side only.


BATHROOMS: Ensuite has a step into shower, hand held shower and no grab rail. Main Bathroom has a whirl pool bath, no grab rails and a step into the shower cubicle.
