Situated on the slipway, just feet away from the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach its location makes it the perfect property for a couple to relax all year round

The comfortable lounge area has a window seat in which to enjoy the partial views of the beach and sea, TV, DVD player and Klipsch bluetooth speaker. The bedroom area is just off the lounge with a 4ft 6in bed. To the rear is a spacious and well equipped kitchen/diner with an induction hob and electric cooker, fridge and washing machine. The large bathroom is fitted with a bath, separate shower, basin, wc and heated towel rail. Laundry room on site.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; plug in heaters and electric fire.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired.

Parking: No parking at the property however you can briefly park outside the front door to unload

PARKING: No allocated parking. Nearest car park is The Island Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Loading and unloading available from the slipway to Porthmeor Beach just outside the entrance to the property. Alternatively you could park up in The Island Car Park and load/un-load from here just a minute or 2 walk away.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Please note that Flat 1 is accessed from the side of St Nicholas Court fron the Slipway to Porthmeor Beach. Walk down tarmac slipway (slightly uneven) to front communal entrance door on the right. 2 Steps up to shared hallway. No handrail. No further steps to enter flat.


STAIRS/STEPS: Property is level throughout.

FLOORING: The lounge and bedroom have carpet flooring. The kitchen, hallway and bathroom both have tiled floors.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around bed. Bedroom is separated from the living and kitchen areas by curtains.


BATHROOMS: Bath has grab rails. Separate shower cubicle with front opening door. 1 Step over shower tray to enter.

LIVING AREA: Curtains to all windows.

This property is absolutely fabulous, especially if you are primarily looking for a beach holiday. This property is ideally placed for Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. It is nicely appointed, easy to access and has lovely views. The information provided by St Ives Holidays was timely, helpful and made life easy. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Good value for money. Clean and tidy on arrival. Highly recommend.

Wow! I must admit I was dubious about this booking as I could only see 2 reviews.. but we were honestly blown away by it! Location is on Porthmeor beach! Stunning sea views, the photos do not the size of the place justice. It really was amazing! We will definitely be returning. Such a great apartment. Had the best time.

The location and convenience of this property is difficult to beat, especially if you want to spend a lot of time on the beach - step out of the door and you’re on it. Facilities are good and it is good value for money.

This flat is very useful for people with mobility problems as it is readily accessible to beach and close to towns amenities. Standard of equipment is basic although adequate for a short stay.

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. It's easy to understand why the town has been attracting painters, sculptors and ceramists for decades with its stunning scenery and natural quality of light- one of only four Tate Galleries in the world is located here in the heart of the town. The town itself arcs around the working harbour- the heart of the historic fishing community. You could lose yourself for hours in the charming cobbled streets which are crammed with gift and craft shops, art galleries, top notch restaurants and welcoming local pubs- a real treasure trove just waiting to be explored!

St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
