This former fisherman's cottage, dating back to the 19th century, is set over four floors and located in the heart of Downalong. It is just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and famous beaches. Retaining some of its original charm the comfortable accommodation benefits from great views.

Entrance: Up 4 steps to Ground Floor: Kitchen/Diner with TV, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Steep steps (may not be suitable for young children or those with restricted movement) to Lower Ground Floor: Bedroom with en suite shower room including wash basin and wc, 2 x 3ft single beds. First Floor: Bedroom with Double bed. Bathroom including wc and shower over bath. Steep stairs to Second Floor: Lounge with velux window and view of the harbour, TV and DVD player.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent; central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels and provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

There are three flights of stairs inside the property-the first are very steep narrow wooden stairs, leading down from the entrance hall there are 6 going down to a turn then a further 3 into the basement ensuite bedroom, a hand rail is located on the right hand side. The second stair case of 11 stairs leads  up from the kitchen to the first floor where the second bedroom and bathroom  are located,the third set of 11 very steep stairs go into the top floor lounge.

Carpets fitted in bedrooms and lounge, with polished/painted floorboards in bathroom and dining area, with lino in the kitchen area.
