PROPERTY NAME: Porthmeor Square Apartment


PARKING: No allocated parking. Nearest Public Car Parks are The Island or Barnoon.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Nearest point for unloading is Porthmeor Square which is tarmac. Walking access from The Digey is cobbled.

PROPERTY ACCESS:There are 3 steps from the entrance down into the Apartment. There is 1 step up to the door leading to the Courtyard Garden with a further 2 steps down.


STAIRS/STEPS: There are no stairs in the Apartment. If requiring use of the adjoining door to Porthmeor Square House there are 7 steps on the Apartment side with a handrail on the lefthand side. Further steps on the House side of the dividing door.

FLOORING: Flooring in the lounge is carpet with 4 bound edged rugs. The kitchen is delabole slate with a doormat by the step to the Courtyard Garden door. The landing is carpeted. The Bathroom is Delabole Slate with vinyl in the Utility Room. The Bedroom is carpeted and has one rug.

BEDROOMS: No restricted headroom or restricted access.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Duvets and Pillows are all synthetic.

BATHROOMS: The bath has grab rails on either side. There is a separate shower cubicle with glass door.

LIVING AREA: The blinds in the living area are twist and turn with pull cord to lift.
