Located on Back Road West in the popular Downalong area of the town this charming, well equipped ground floor apartment is in a great position to enjoy everything the town has to offer at any time of the year.

From Back Road West you enter the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has an electric log effect fire, TV, DVD player and CD player, and a double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. In the bedroom is a 5ft kingsize bed and heated towel rail and in the en-suite shower room there is a shower, wc and wash basin.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 small, £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric wall heaters.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

This is not the first time I have stayed at Mariners, and that is a testament to the quality of the little cottage. Perfect place for a short break with everything you'd need. Comfy, clean, and right in the centre of St Ives, in my opinion the best place to holiday in the whole of the UK.
