Situated on a quiet street in a secluded part of Downalong, this spacious grade II listed former fisherman's cottage is in easy reach of the shops, restaurants and sandy beaches. A stylish period property but with modern facilities make it the perfect holiday retreat. Cars can easily pull up outside to unload and it is suitable for both summer and winter occupancy. In normal circumstances the nearby reserved parking space gives guests total freedom to come and go throughout the day.

Large lounge with gas cast iron stove, Smart TV, DVD player, integrated CD player/DAB radio and Ipod dock audio system. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and wall mounted SMART TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bedroom with 4ft bed. Large bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. All bedrooms are carpeted and there is a storage cupboard on the landing.

Parking: Price includes a reserved parking space for 1 car (permit required), located approx. 100 m away, overlooking Porthgwidden Beach

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Park outside of property to unload. Do not leave your vehicle unattended. Tarmac road.


STAIRS/STEPS: To First floor, 7 steps then a turn to the left and a further 5 steps to landing. Handrail on left hand side then balustrades on the right.

FLOORING: Wood flooring in the lounge and kitchen. Carpet in the bedrooms and on the landing. The bathroom has a tiled floor. 1 Rug and a doormat in the kitchen.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access to twin beds and double at back. Access to left hand side only of the 4' bed in the front bedroom.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Duvets and Pillows are synthetic

BATHROOMS: There is a shower over the bath with a moveable shower screen.

LIVING AREA: Pull cord blinds to windows.
