Situated on a quiet street in a secluded part of Downalong, this spacious grade II listed former fisherman's cottage is in easy reach of the shops, restaurants and sandy beaches. A stylish period property but with modern facilities make it the perfect holiday retreat. Cars can easily pull up outside to unload and it is suitable for both summer and winter occupancy. In normal circumstances the nearby reserved parking space gives guests total freedom to come and go throughout the day.

Ground Floor: Open plan country kitchen with oak worktop, double electric oven, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, 2 fridges, microwave and washer/drier. Large lounge with gas cast iron stove, Smart TV, DVD player, integrated CD player/DAB radio and Ipod dock audio system. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and wall mounted SMART TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bedroom with 4ft bed. Large bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. All bedrooms are carpeted and there is a storage cupboard on the landing.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the price. Central heating.
Parking: Price includes a reserved parking space for 1 car (permit required), located approx. 100 m away, overlooking Porthgwidden Beach

Been to this property a number of times, inc Christmas’s. Love the layout, location and car parking space. Always feel happy here and our toddler was very safe to explore whole house. Really easy to manage, home from home. Will be back .

This property is situated literally minutes away from beautiful beaches and a picturesque small seaside harbour/town and comfortably accommodates a family of 5 and our two small dogs with a parking space overlooking one of the many accessible beaches , I have stayed in a few properties in st.ives and this one is definitely one of the best for our family
