Very comfortable and well equipped with ample parking. Felt like home.

Mr Steven W,

Very well equipped house close to Carbis Bay hotel, St Ives and beaches. Those beaches don’t allow dogs. However Porthkidney beach does accept dogs, is bigger better and less busy. 5 mins from house. Views over the sea and bay are great. Kitchen is the best we’ve ever had and the dining conservatory is lovely for family meals. Tvs in all rooms and wi fi throughout is important for kids. Lovely piano which we played is a welcome and unusual feature. Overall, very comfortable well equipped house in good position albeit on main road is excellent

Mr B,

Lovely house lots of space with a beautiful family kitchen which was well equipped.

Mrs D,

Located on the outskirts of St Ives, Carbis Bay is one of Cornwall's five award-winning Blue Flag beaches. Carbis Bay is a large sandy beach which is excellent for bathers or small children, as the waters generally always remain calm with watersports such as kayaking and stand up paddleboarding on offer. Dogs are welcome in winter, or in the early mornings during the main season.

Carbis Bay is just a short train ride to the centre of picturesque St Ives or you can take a leisurely stroll along the coastal path to St Ives, Lelant or the nearby town of Hayle. Bird watchers can walk along the east side of the beach at low tide where you'll find Porth Kidney and the RSPB bird sanctuary, an important home for seabirds.
