Rosen is a delightful ground floor apartment situated in a quiet cul de sac at the bottom of a steep hill. It is just a 4 minute walk away from the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach and close to Carbis Bay station and Coast Path into St Ives making it a perfect base to explore the area.

There are 18 steps down from the parking area to the front door, off the hallway is a newly fitted, well equipped kitchen with Electric hob and oven, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Microwave. The twin bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds and the main bedroom has a King Size bed, a TV and views across St Ives Bay toward Hayle Towans. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail. There are 5 steps down into the Lounge/Dining area which has a TV/DVD Player and views across St Ives Bay toward Hayle Towans. Patio doors lead to a private seating area with furniture and to the communal gardens with a shared drying area and pathway down to the beach.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

PROPERTY NAME: Rosen 7 Godrevy Court

PARKING: Car Parking is ajoining the driveway on the right of the buildings.


There is a tarmac area for the Car Parks and pathway at the front of the property, follow the path on the left to the end, then 15 steps lead down to the front door. There is then 1 step into the proprerty at the front door.



Inside the property there are 5 stairs, with no handrails leading from the hallway down to the lounge/dining area. The lounge then has one step out of the sliding doors on to a small patio area.


There are edging strips on the entrance to all the rooms and a door mat at the entrance to the main and patio doors. The lounge/dinging area and bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen and hall have wooden flooring. The bathroom has ceramic floor tiles.



There is good access all round the double bed in the master bedroom, but each of the twin beds can only be accessed from one side and this is quite narrow .


Shower type: Over bath. Grab rails on bath and moveable shower screens.

There are curtains at all windows.

The is a small patio area at the side of the property overlooking the shared lawned area at the rear of the property.
