This first floor two bedroom, two bathroom flat has a commanding view of St. Ives Bay from the lounge. Access at the rear, down three steps from road level.

Lounge with dining room, TV, DVD player and electric fire. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washer/drier, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and ensuite with shower, wc and wash basin. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft divans. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Shop: 0.3 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Parking port for 1 car in a private car park opposite the entrance to the flats.

PROPERTY NAME: 19 Gwel Marten

Property Construction:  Brick

PARKING: Parking for 1 car in car port on opposite side of the road.

From the parking area, across the road and down a steeply sloped tarmac driveway (no handrail). It is possible to pull up in the courtyard to unload but do not leave your vehicle unattended.

From the courtyard there are 3 steps down to the front door of the flat. There is a handrail on the left hand side.


The property is level throughout but with raised thresholds of 1/2" to 1" at bedroom and bathroom doors.

There is fitted carpet throughout excep in the bathroom and kitchen which have lino flooring.

There is unrestricted access around all beds.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: All Duvets and Pillows are synthetic

There is an enclosed shower cubicle in the ensuite. One step to enter.
There is a shower over the bath in the main bathroom which has a folding screen.

There are curtains to all windows.

There is a communal sloping garden to the front of the property. Folding chairs are provided.

CHILD EQUIPMENT: None provided

WINDOWS: No window restrictors.
