Reviews

We were given a small reduction (10%) on the price as there was building work around the property. I believe the reduction should be more substantial as the building work is considerable. We twice had to remove security fencing from the road otherwise we would not have been able to reach the premises. Older people may well have struggled to do this. The road was full of builder's vehicles which made it difficult to enter / leave the premises on a couple of occasions. Work did begin early so there was noise at 7:30 in the morning. The back garden is still work in progress. Outside of this we found everything else to be spot on.

Mr Andrew L,

Beautiful and well equipped property. 15 to 20 min walk to the harbour but with plenty of buses that stop not far from the property also available. Highly recommended.

Mr S,

Lovely property in a perfect location. One can easily walk from the property via pretty woodland paths to St Ives or Carbis Bay, getting the best of both worlds. The property is a new buid, very well furnished in a tasteful manner. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, and plush carpeting.Kitchen is very well equipped, with lots of crockery, cutlery and glasswear. High quality oven and dishwasher. The livingroom has two huge leather sofas and a gigantic smart TV. Very cosy for a movie night. Because it is a townhouse, the livingroom with TV is on the top floor and the kitche/dining/patio are on the 1st floor with bedrooms on the second floor. This may not suit everyone. We were warned of noise from construction works nearby, which did not really bother us. The road to the back of the property, however, is very busy during the day and is noisy, but does go quiet at night. I would highly recommend 7 Treloyhan Manor Mews to anyone who wants to be near the beaches, and town but do not want the crowds and hassle of staying in the town.

Mr M,

Location

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. It's easy to understand why the town has been attracting painters, sculptors and ceramists for decades with its stunning scenery and natural quality of light- one of only four Tate Galleries in the world is located here in the heart of the town. The town itself arcs around the working harbour- the heart of the historic fishing community. You could lose yourself for hours in the charming cobbled streets which are crammed with gift and craft shops, art galleries, top notch restaurants and welcoming local pubs- a real treasure trove just waiting to be explored!

St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
