A graceful property situated along the coveted Draycott Terrace in the eclectic coastal town of St Ives. This romantic abode is perfect for couples holidaying with their four-pawed companion. Sip a chilled sundowner and soak in the bustling St Ives atmosphere from a waterfront terrace on the harbour (500 metres), before sinking onto the plump sofa to unwind with a sweet treat and a movie.

This sophisticated coastal escape features an invitingly airy interior with crisp neutral tones, artfully draped throws, cool tiling, and relaxing seascapes. Kick off sandy shoes at the door then pad into the open-plan heart of the home. Flick on the kettle then potter in the glossy kitchen whipping up a selection of locally sourced nibbles. Set the mood with your favourite playlist on the music dock then toast to your special occasion perched at the cosy dining table. As the night draws in, retire to the lounge, and curl up beneath the soft blanket on the sofa. Rest up in the bright double room complete with colourful soft furnishings. On balmy mornings, brew a coffee and venture down the steps to discover a secluded paved courtyard - the perfect spot for a breezy al fresco breakfast.

Make like the locals and kit up for an invigorating surf session on the swells of Porthmeor Beach (800 metres). Our stay at Travose Apartments was comfortable for the two of us for a week, it had everything we needed, the under floor heating was a pleasant surprise. Likes: Smart T.V, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, under floor heating and blackout lure blinds on all windows, a short downhill walk to a golden sandy beach, close to bus and railRead more links. Dislikes: featureless Courtyard which is shared with 2 other Apartments was dark and uninviting, No parking on site which was only discovered on reading the welcome folder, parking only available at nearby car parks. Flat works fine as a base for exploring the area around St Ives, good location near the station & walking distance to town. Bedroom is very small with not a lot of space but small double bed is ok. Sofa is very uncomfortable so not really a space to hang out in. Apple TV requires own subscription to use.

I attach a photo of the disgusting filthy pillows with brown and yellow marks with mould, dirty under mattress area hair and what looks like mould, dirt, very flat and uncomfortable. Duvet old blood stains, dull colour probably lack of washing. We bought new pillows to sleep on. We found bedroom small, very little space either side of bed ( we are not big people). Steep climb up from beach and railway station, used taxi when arriving with cases. Buses stop nearby which is good if travelling without car.

Parking lot is located at the bottom of a step hill and steps. Station parking has limited parking and beware to not park in the resident parking section. Property is more somewhere to lay your head for a short stay not a long-term option. Ensure you stop to the shop for extra toilet paper and basics as there was none. Close to amenities and beach,Read more nice view however if you would like a comfortable holiday, better to spend extra for more comfort. Hide

There is no parking but the train station, whilst not too far away, can be used for 7 days for 25. Good value, but if you drive away for a day, spaces are at a premium to get back in, late afternoon the day-trippers tend to leave. The property is high-up but only a short walk down to the beach, using a narrow, steep road. Cottage is clean and brigRead moreht, but only big enough for 2 adults and a small dog.
