Luxuriate in a truly special stay in Cornwall when you book this sumptuous retreat on the fringes of St Ives. Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom holiday home has been exquisitely finished to offer superb relaxation space inside and out, with features such as a hot tub and table football. It is also just 1 mile from the nearest beach and within reach of picturesque coastal and countryside walks.

Make your way into this stylish abode to discover it offers a modern, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, encompassing everything you and your party will need during your stay. Relax on the sofa in front of the Smart TV, challenge each other to table football or whip up fabulous feasts to share together at the table. Pull the bi-folding doors right back on sunny days so everyone can spill outside on to the deck. There is also a utility room and a WC down here. Make your way up to the first floor at the end of each fun-filled day to lay your head in one of the two king-sizes or the two twins. One of the king-size bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and both come with Smart TVs. The twin rooms also have TVs. The family bathroom is on the first floor too. Enjoy the garden here as an extension to the home. Bubble in the hot tub, dine outside on warm evenings and have a glass of wine outside as the sun goes down. There is private parking at this property.

Step straight out from the house to find scenic footpaths across the adjacent area of outstanding natural beauty and down towards the coast. Head 1 mile to Porthmeor Beach, which is known for its surfing as well as its swimming. Porthminster Beach, 1.5 miles away, is another great option for families.

Excellent property, very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for two families with 4 teens. Everything we needed and more at the property. Great location, hot tub a bonus, very spacious and homely, would highly recommend.

A lovely house for a break in St Ives. On the outskirts so it does mean a lot of walking or working out buses/taxis, as driving into the centre is not really an option in peak season. The plus side of the location is that its large, spacious, with countryside views and much quieter than being closer - less seagull and other town noise! Lovely holiday and the property is great, very clean too. Only one small thing, some provision for interior drying of clothes, be it a tumble drier or some clothes aiders would be great.

We have had a lovely week here in your house. It has a warm, homely feel and everything has been thought of. Love all the pictures. It is in a good place for sightseeing and not too far from the town. Shall definitely recommend to family and friends.
