Agree with the other comments that have been written. I wouldn't recommend this cottage due to the location

Lovely clean cottage, great space for the three of us and dogs. Easy to walk to st Ives beaches (as long as you realise everywhere is all the way down then all the way up!!!) and to explore wider Cornwall. Please note the garage has a steep run up and scraped the underside of our A4 quite badly. Also there is only one sofa in the lounge along witRead moreh a wooden rocking chair so after a day walking the coast and wanting to settle back and relax our muscles only two could sit on the sofa and someone had to have a hard chair Hide

Lovely cottage well furnished ideal for a long weekend, attention to internet connection, the cleaner needs to have more attention to outdoor tidyness too or someone!, previous occupants left rubbish to rot. A couple more towels would be useful for a week stay. Recommendation to others Yes but ONLY if my complaints are rectified, but unfortunately Read morewe will not be returning. Response from Holiday Cottages - Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay at Sapphire Cottage. We do apologise you had issues with the WiFi, however there was a Sky Outage over the festive period that affected several properties in St Ives and was out of our control. Your other comments regarding the heating and cleanliness have been passed on to the Homeowner. Despite the issues you had experienced, we hope you had a lovely stay in St Ives! Hide

Cosy cottage , nice kitchen and good size lounge. Upstairs is very cramped. Outside is on many levels and very dark at night so was difficult to see. Next door was a mess in fact I thought it was derelict when I first arrived. Is in a good location for the beach but getting the car in and out was a faff.

Excellent cottage with great facilities - the car parking space is a real bonus. Just be mindful of the walk back up the hill (wasnt a problem for us but just be aware it is a walk up a hill). Loved the place and wolill definitely go back.

The cottage had all the necessary for a very enjoyable holiday. It is comfortable and warm, great shower with plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. My only comment is I would not recommend it for anyone who has difficulty with stairs or is infirm, as they are quite narrow and getting suitcases up is not the easiest, although grab handles are fRead moreitted, which helps. Certainly dog friendly with a small gated garden. The walk into St Ives takes about 10 minutes and whilst a bit of a climb back up the hill, very doable and so make the cottage really convenient for the town without having to use the car all the time. Garage a bit narrow, but really useful to protect from those seagulls!! Hide

The cottage was comfortable and well laid out inside. Kitchen could do with some dessert bowls and wine glasses.

Tastefully refurbished and thoughtfully equipped cottage, with both a parking space and garden. Very comfortable stay, thank you. We found a park area to exercise our dog, at the top of Bullans Lane, which was handy. However, its not far to some fab coastal path walks. St Ives is a lovely place to stay and we were blessed with great weather!
