I would not recommend this property due to its extremely limited space and the price charged. The bathroom is exceptionally small, and having to use the very steep staircase during the night to access it felt unsafe. I slipped on the stairs and injured my knee. Had there not been a banister on one side, I could easily have fallen all the way dowRead moren. A handrail on the opposite side should be installed to improve safety. The staircase, landings and doorways are all very narrow, making it difficult for an adult to move around comfortably, particularly when carrying luggage. I found I had to descend the stairs backwards because there was nothing secure to hold on to, which made using them feel hazardous. In my opinion, the property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and should not be described as disability-friendly. The lack of space also caused another accident. As I was leaving with my bag, I turned to close the front door and struck my head on the meter box because the entrance area is so cramped. I was also disappointed that I was required to pay a 75 damage deposit, yet I felt the greatest risk of damage was to myself due to the property's layout and steep staircase. I strongly recommend that future guests are clearly warned about the staircase and restricted space, particularly solo travellers who may have to carry luggage without assistance. Finally, I do not believe this property is realistically large enough to accommodate two adults comfortably. Overall, I will not be booking with this company again. Hide

Great location but the stairs are very steep and narrow and difficult to negotiate with luggage. (I crawled up and came down backwards, and did 2 trips to get my cabin size bag and backpack up). I eventually discovered that you have to use a switch outside the bathroom to operate the shower.

A beautiful place for couples who are agile enough to manage steep stairs. Could not fault the location and it was extremely comfortable and cosy. We loved it.

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 weeks in the lovely place called st Ives. Couldnt be more happier with our experience. Everything was so clean and tidy. Comfortable and had all the equipment and essentials we needed! Would definitely recommend to anyone whos looking for a nice little getaway for them and their partner. This apartment can be seeRead moren as small and tight whilst getting the luggage in and out the doors but overall once youre settled in, its amazing. Thank you for making our stay worth while :) Hide
