This beachside property enjoys a prime position in St Ives, located directly in front of the old slipway leading down to Harbour Beach. The apartment, which has stunning sea views, sleeps six guests and makes a fantastic seaside escape for both families and groups of friends. As well as the beach, you will also be within 100 metres of some of the town’s finest restaurants, cafes, and boutiques.

Three steps to a porch, followed by a flight of stairs, lead to the duplex apartment. The accommodation is arranged across the second and third floor of a waterfront property and boasts far-reaching sea views from its large bay windows. Inside, a bright and airy living space awaits, where you can dine together overlooking the harbour, relax and watch TV, or perch in the window seat with your favourite book. A compact kitchen provides everything you need for a self-catering holiday and a family bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, plus a twin bedroom (one of the twins is a slightly raised 2'6"). There is no outside space, but with the beach on your doorstep, you’ll have ample space to stretch your legs before breakfast.

Beautiful St Ives is a traditional fishing town, with fishermen’s cottages, cobbled streets, and a picturesque harbour – it’s a paradise for photographers! The town also has a thriving arts and crafts scene, with many independent studios and galleries showcasing local talent. There’s also the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum, which are both a must for the itinerary. When it comes to sandy beaches, you’ll be spoilt for choice, with Porthgwidden, Porthmeor, and Porthminster all within a short walk; as well as the Harbour Beach on your doorstep.

This apartment can be let in conjunction with Quayside Studio (First Floor), The Wharf to provide accommodation for 8 people.
