With original wooden floorboards, antique furniture and delicate stained glassed windows just some of the many quirky features that make this place spectacular, we’re assured that you’ll be instantly impressed from the moment you arrive at this Cornish heritage holiday home. A fantastic option for families, couples or a group of friends, the property boasts enough room for six guests to stay and is even dog-friendly for those who wish to bring one or two dogs along for the ride.

Period design elements have been updated to an exceptionally high standard to truly make the most out of the space. Head inside and straight up to the second floor where you’ll find the lounge within an utterly modern glass extension. From here you can admire far-reaching views out to sea or sink into the plush L-shaped sofa and switch on the TV. This area also features a commodious kitchen/diner with a sociable farmhouse dining table sitting in the middle. You’ll need to step down onto the first floor to find the bedrooms. Of the three bedrooms, two are made up with double beds and boast en-suites, whilst a third is made up as a twin and sits next to a shared family bathroom.

Although there’s no designated outdoor space for this property, you’ll find Porthminster Beach, Bamaluz Beach and the surfing hotspot of Porthmeor Beach each within half a mile of your doorstep. Wander past an endless array of boutiques, family-run stores and exceptional eateries as you traverse the eclectic town, perhaps sourcing a picnic before heading to the train station (0.5 miles) and taking a sight-seeing trip on the astounding St Ives Bay Line.

The flat is wonderful, it is a real haven, both incredibly stylish and comfortable, and so well located in the centre of town. The bi fold windows really made the open plan space extra special, the location and set up of the flat really worked with our teenage children, giving everyone space and easy access into St Ives. We booked in November with friends & again in February for my partners birthday- 2 en-suites gives that extra space - you dont feel like youre living on top of each other. Living room/kitchen/diner all open plan with magnificent views. Bifold windows on one side brings the outside in. Spectacular!!

Very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment. Short 5 minute walk to Harbour and Porthminster Beach. Views from lounge & kitchen/diner absolutely stunning - such a light apartment whatever the weather (we visited in February). There are a couple of flights of stairs to navigate from the entrance to the top floor so something to beRead morear in mind if mobility an issue. Wouldnt hesitate to book again. Hide

We were recommended by our daughter who had stayed in it twice before and we were not disappointed. The flat was in a excellent position for beaches and shops , it was a alround excellent stay in st Ives for the week

Beautiful property with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, with added luxury feel from fittings and art works. Excellent view from kitchen out of the bifold windows and all in the heart of the town, yet peaceful in the evenings.

Great house. Great location. Particularly love the bifold windows in the upper floor kitchen / sitting room for great views and the sense of being right in the destination all day. These ensure this is even an enjoyable spot to relax in poor weather. Bright and airy. All home comforts.
