The Barnoon Workshops offer Arts and Crafts for the whole family from Drawing & Watercolours to crafts such as Beach Find Mosaics, Beginners Guitar and Candle Making

At The Leach Pottery participate in a family Clay Day, or take a longer 3 or 5 Day course in pot throwing

The St Ives School of Painting offers courses in Mixed Media, Oils, Watercolours, Drawing and Digital suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to those with more experience

St Ives Jazz Club - the last Jazz Club before New York - regularly features international and UK modern Jazz acts as well as supporting talented local musicians. The club is based at The Western Hotel every Tuesday

The St Ives Guildhall hosts concerts from Classical Music through Northern Soul to cover bands

Many of the local pubs have regular live music. You might even catch one or two of the company directors performing

Each Thursday The St Ives Arts Club check out the weekly performances at Café Frug. Hosted by St Ives poet and artist Bob Devereux you may be surprised at what you discover.

Open Year round, the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden is based at Trewyn studios where she worked from from 1949 until her death in 1975. The museum displays sculptures in bronze, stone and wood along with paintings, drawings and archive material.

The work of Barbara Hepworth is also on public display around town at the Malakoff, The Guildhall and Trewyn Gardens.

The market runs every Thursday throughout the year at The Guildhall, Street an Pol, St Ives. It's in the town centre, next door to the Visitor Information Centre.

Porthmeor Talks 2018
Monthly Talks

Illustrated talks jointly organised by the Borlase Smart John Wells Trust and St Ives Archive in the Borlase Smart Room at Porthmeor Studios, Back Road West, St Ives.

Usually held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month with talks starting at 7pm. Tickets are available in advance from Porthmeor Studios and St Ives Archive and online. They can also be purchased on the door.
