The stunning beaches, shops and restaurants are just steps away from this comfortably furnished harbourside flat. The south facing bay window allows magnificent views over the harbour and bay. Wharf House has been family owned and supervised since 1957.

There are two flights of stairs from the side street entrance. Hallway with night storage heater. Lounge/dining room with superb views, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi and electric fire, opening window to balcony (not suitable for unsupervised children) and open beamed ceiling. Night storage heater. Glazed screen and hatch to kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, fitted units, night storage heater and harbour views. Bedroom with two 3ft divans, built in units and basin, night storage heater and sea views. Bedroom with 3ft divan, fitted wardrobe and sea views. Bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin, wc. and wall heater. 

Power and Heating: Heating and electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, please bring your own.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Cafe: 0.1 ml.

PROPERTY NAME: 4 Wharf House


PARKING: No allocated parking. Nearest long stay car park is The Island Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Loading and un-loading from the harbour front. 2 Steps to cobbled pathway leading from harbour area to external door property entrance steps (details below).

PROPERTY ACCESS: 4 Steps from cobbled pathway to external door then 15 steps to first landing. Further 12 steps to narrow corridor leading to flat entrance.


STAIRS/STEPS: Flat is on the level throughout. One step over patio doors to balcony.

FLOORING: Carpet flooring throughout except bathroom and kitchen which have lino flooring.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around beds.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Duvets are synthetic. Pillows are feather.

BATHROOMS: Shower over bath with a shower curtain.

LIVING AREA: Cord pull blinds.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: Balcony accessed through double doors in lounge area.


PETS: Not Accepted. Please enquire on booking regarding assistance dogs.


Before we even stepped into to the flat we were wowed by its location as we looked up from the harbour side below to locate its balcony, showing us its position on the harbour front. We stay in St Ives regularly and have done since I was a child. This is by far the best positional property we have had the pleasure to holiday in. Also, although not to every ones liking the owner hasn't ripped its charm and character out. Yes it is dated and not ultra modern, but for us that is its charm, We just felt like we were in a home and not a standard ultra modern sanitised holiday let. Have already booked for next year. But shh! don't tell anyone.
