A compact ground floor apartment situated in a pedestrian lane in the heart of Downalong, approximately 20 yards from the harbour front and within easy reach of the shops and beaches. It has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a good standard.

Entrance vestibule. Open plan room including Lounge area with TV, DVD player, CD player/radio/iPod Docking Station. Kitchen area including electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge. Dining area with table and folding chairs. Bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed. Bedroom with 3ft bunk beds. Bathroom with mixer shower over bath, wash basin and wc.
