Traddles is a comfortable, recently renovated two-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of St Ives on a quaint pedestrian lane, close to the harbour. The ground floor apartment encompasses two floors, the entrance leads to the bedrooms and bathroom with steps down to the open plan living area on the lower ground floor. The famous Sloop Inn and water’s edge are only a one-minute stroll away, all this beautiful seaside town has to offer is right on your doorstep. The golden sandy beaches, restaurants, cafes, galleries and independent shops that frame the picturesque St Ives Harbour are all within walking distance. Traddles is the perfect property for a family looking for a seaside escape. One well-behaved dog is welcome at Traddles.
GROUND FLOOR ENTRANCE:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, Smart TV, chest of drawers and bedside tables with a hairdryer. With a sunny aspect, large bay window.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds and a large wardrobe.
Bathroom: Including a shower over the jacuzzi bath, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR:
Stairs down to living area (please note these stairs are quite steep).
Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: The smart kitchen is equipped with under cupboard lighting, an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and freezer. There is a compact dining area and a living area with comfy sofas and Smart TV, sound system and the underfloor heating ensures this is perfect for a getaway at any time of year.
OUTSIDE AND PARKING: There is a patio area with outside table and chairs to the side of the apartment, an absolute bonus in this part of St Ives and a great spot to while away the sunny days. Private parking not available. The property is also less than 5 minutes' walk from the nearest car park - The Island Car Park.

Location
St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. It's easy to understand why the town has been attracting painters, sculptors and ceramists for decades with its stunning scenery and natural quality of light- one of only four Tate Galleries in the world is located here in the heart of the town. The town itself arcs around the working harbour- the heart of the historic fishing community. You could lose yourself for hours in the charming cobbled streets which are crammed with gift and craft shops, art galleries, top notch restaurants and welcoming local pubs- a real treasure trove just waiting to be explored!
St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
