Description

Quayside is an attractive harbour side property, situated at the top of the old slipway onto the Beach. It is divided into two apartments, and has commanding views across the harbour to the bay from both.

Entrance up one flight of stairs to the First Floor landing shared with the entrance to the Apartment. Locked door to Lounge/kitchen/diner with bay window and seat overlooking the harbour, TV, DVD player, CD player, electric coal effect fire, table and chairs, storage heater. Kitchen area with fridge, electric oven, hob and microwave. Locked door to Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and room for a cot, en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, wash basin and wc. Please note this is a split property with living and sleeping accommodation being either side of a shared hallway.

This studio can be let in conjunction with Quayside Apartment to provide accommodation for 8 people.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, but can be hired.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Restaurant: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. 15 steps up to the property, may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
