Description

Quayside is an attractive harbour side property, situated at the top of the old slipway onto the Beach. It is divided into two units, and has commanding views across the harbour to the bay from both.

Entrance up one flight of stairs to the First Floor shared landing with locked door to a further flight of stairs to the Second Floor. Landing with night store heater. Kitchen with night store heater, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. Lounge/diner with bay window and seat overlooking the harbour, TV, DVD player, PVR, CD player, electric fire and 2 night store heaters. Shower room with double width shower cubicle, wash basin and wc. Stairs from landing to Third Floor. Bedroom with dormer window, sea view, panel heater, one 3ft bed and one 2ft 6in bed on low platform. Bedroom with dormer window, sea view and 4ft 6in bed and panel heater. Bedroom with very large dormer window (portable heater), 4ft 6in bed. Please note the two smaller bedrooms have limited headroom in places as they are at the top of the building incorporating the eaves.

This apartment can be let in conjunction with Quayside Studio to provide accommodation for 8 people.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; night storage heaters in landing, kitchen and lounge. Panel heaters in bedroom 1 and 3. Portable heater in bedroom 2.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, but can be hired.
