Description

This charming fisherman's cottage is situated in a prime position in St Ives with beautiful views across the harbour and the beach being right on your doorstep. Set over three floors, the accommodation has been comfortably furnished throughout and is a perfect base for families to explore the beautiful coastal walks, beaches and restaurants in and around town.

Step to entrance. Open plan living area, TV with Freeview, gas flame-effect fire, three-seater sofa and two armchairs. Dining table and chairs for six. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, dishwasher. Stairs to first floor, single bedroom with 3ft bed, dressing table, wardrobe, sea and harbour views. Another single bedroom to the rear with 3ft bed. Family shower room with walk-in shower cubicle, basin, WC. Stairs to second floor. Master bedroom with 4ft 6ins double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, fantastic harbour and sea views with an armchair to enjoy them from. Single bedroom with 3ft single bed.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Gas fire.  Radiators in each room.  
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided, please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
