No. 4 West Pier Flats is a second floor apartment with an outstanding view of St Ives Harbour. It is a well presented apartment, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. Situated above a popular Fish and Chip restaurant and overlooking the harbour front, you have everything that you need on your doorstep. The entrance to the apartment is to the rear of the property via two flights of internal stairs to second floor front door. There are 36 steps to the front door.
This property has a lounge/diner with TV and portable heaters and a separate kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a bathroom with an
electric shower over the bath, a basin and wc. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (4ft 6 inches), a chest of drawers and wardrobe; whereas bedroom 2 has two single beds (each 3ft), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
No parking, but public pay & display car parks nearby - the nearest is at The Island or Station car park.
Changeover day: Saturday - arrival 7pm - departure 9am.
Power & Heat: Electricity included, portable electric heaters.
Bedding & linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.
