This cosy, compact flat which is part of a traditional fisherman's cottage is just feet away from St Ives harbour.The property offers 1 bedroom with an open plan Kitchen/ Lounge and Dining area. Right outside the front door you have beautiful views of the harbour. The Hobbit Flat is right in the centre of St Ives and within walking distance to all the shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants.
Open plan Kitchen / Lounge / Diner: Fridge, electric cooker, microwave, dining table for 2 x people, TV, DVD, variety of board games.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, hanging hooks, small chest of drawers with further storage in the living area.
Bathroom: Electric shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00 pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog - £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None available and no room in bedroom for a cot.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
Notes: No smoking.WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. No outside space or parking however the harbour and beaches are just moments away. Nearest public parking is the Island Car Park. It is possible to unload outside the property for a short period.
