Full of original charm and character, situated in a fantastic location just feet from the Harbour makes the Hobbit a great base to enjoy St Ives.

From the communal courtyard, which has a table and chairs so that you can enjoy the harbour views, you enter into the lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a smart TV and DVD player. A gas hob, electric oven, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge and microwave can be found in the kitchen area. One bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed, the other a 4ft bed (please note that neither of the bedrooms have an external window but have internal windows to the lounge only). In the bathroom are a freestanding bath, separate shower, wc and wash basin.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog accepted all year round.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None available.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

PARKING:  No allocated parking. Nearest Car Park is the Island car park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY:   5 Steps up from The Wharf to Mount Zion and gate to property. The Wharf and Mount Zion are both cobbled surfaces. One more step through gate to level courtyard leading to property.


STAIRS/STEPS:   Property on level throughout. No internal stairs or steps.

FLOORING:   Quarry tiled throughout. Rug in lounge. Small bedside rug.

BEDROOMS:  Unrestricted access.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS:   Synthetic/cotton mix

BATHROOMS:   Shower cubicle. No grab rails. Free standing bath.


GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS:   Outside courtyard (communal) with table and chairs.

CHILD EQUIPMENT:  None specifically provided
