Description

Harbourside house is a historic property in a prominent position right on the Quay side. Just footsteps from the Harbour Beach, full of character and boasting superb views of the harbour and town makes this a great location for a family holiday.

The entrance is just a few steps from the harbour. The light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, TV and large windows to enjoy the view of the harbour. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which have fantastic views of the town and harbour. One has a Super King bed (can be split into two singles if requested), TV and the other a King size bed, TV and ensuite shower room with a large shower, wc, basin and heated towel rail. There is also a room with 3ft bunk beds and a bathroom with a roll top bath, wc, basin and heated towel rail. Harbourside House also benefits from a private garage situated directly under the house with an electric door, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None Provided. Can be Hired locally from Star Equipment Hire- Tel: 01736 7916985.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.
