Occupying a central point in the town, this superb harbour side flat enjoys stunning views over both the harbour and out towards the Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The open plan living at the front of the property allows you to fully appreciate the panoramic views. The room itself is light, bright and has the added benefit of windows which fully open to allow the sea air to drift in. Next to the Sloop, and seconds from the beach, the flat is on the second floor of the historical Harts building and is reached via a rear access which has 4 steps to the front door and 14 stairs to the flat.

The lounge has exceptional dual aspect views which come with a property in such an enviable position and is equipped with a TV, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen diner also enjoys incredible views over the town and harbour, which can be enjoyed while either standing in the kitchen or sitting at the dining room table and taking it all in. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. The master bedroom, which is also bright and enjoys great views, has a 4ft 6in divan bed. The second bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds while the shower room has a power shower with cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Fantastic location overlooking the harbour, right in amongst all the hustle and bustle of St Ives. You can open the window and soak up the atmosphere or shut the windows and the double glazing shuts 95% of the noise creating a quiet space to relax. The property more than met our expectations. 5 Stars.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Harts Top Flat and certainly won't be the last, once at New Year and now in August, this property is the only one we have ever stayed in twice as we love it, the location directly on The Wharf and sea views are out of this World, the two bedroom apartment has plenty of space for a family of 4 or even 2 couples, there is ample equipment in the kitchen with a fridge and a freezer, the beds are extremely comfy with lovely fresh crisp white bedding. We booked this through St Ives Holiday and had a little issue, where we contacted St Ives Holidays who reacted instantly and resolved the issue within 2 hours, amazing service from St Ives holidays and Outstanding Accommodation. We will be back!!!
