Ideal whether you like people watching as the busy wharf bustles with holiday makers or if you just want to admire the sweep of St Ives Bay and the golden, sandy beaches then this is a great destination for a couples retreat. This prime location means that all St Ives has to offer in the way of restaurants, bars, golden, sandy beaches and art galleries are literally just minutes away on foot. Perfect for a romantic getaway in the very heart of the town.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV, books and games, Smart TV, dining table and chairs, window seat and sea views.
Bedroom: Double bed (4'6"), bedside tables, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and lovely sea views.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.
Dressing Room/Study: Open wardrobe and sofa.

OUTSIDE & PARKING: No outside space as property is located right on the harbour front, great for a morning dip in the ocean. No parking provided but public parking available at The Island car park.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. Sorry no children. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. This property is situated over a restaurant/bar which does play live music.

This flat is a real gem views are simply amazing but that’s not all . We have used the Copper Kettle flats before but this is the one we will be returning to full of surprises and extras too! It’s kept pristine full marks to the cleaning team. It’s well thought out in so many different ways the owners have decorated it well the flat looks much loved for sure.

The apartment is situated in 'The Best Location' The views are spectacular...you would never tire of seeing regardless of the weather The apartment immediately felt like home. So comfortable and well equipped including little extras that you didn't realise you'd need. It was spotlessly clean and easy to keep tidy. I would highly recommend staying here for as long as your holiday allows.
