Description

This delightful, four storey character cottage retains many of its original features and is situated just off the harbour front only a minutes walk to the town and beaches.

The entrance from Church Place leads into the open plan Lounge/kitchen/diner which has a TV,  DAB Radio and electric fire. The modern Kitchen area has Induction Hob, Electric Oven, Fridge, Washing Machine, compact Dishwasher and Microwave. Stairs lead down to a basement which has an alternative seating area and  Ensuite which is fitted with a shower cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. A door takes you via a private, shared lane onto the pretty, cobbled Baileys Lane. On the first floor there is a Twin bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and a family bathroom with a bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Steep, narrow stairs lead to the double aspect master bedroom which has a king size bed, sea glimpse and Ensuite with porthole window, shower cubicle, wash basin, wc, large heated towel rail and sea views over the rooftops to Porthminster Beach.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
