With panoramic views over Porthminster Beach towards Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond, the apartment is furnished in a modern style and is just minutes away from Porthminster Beach, the town, restaurants and scenic St Ives branch line.

Access via 14 steps from the parking area at the rear of the apartments. Living room with 2 single storabeds, TV, DVD player and CD player/Hi-Fi. Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Bedroom with King Size bed which can be split to form two singles (please advise requirements on booking). Bathroom with shower over the bath, wash basin and wc. There is a coin operated laundry communal to the block.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Wall heaters in lounge and bedroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No WiFi. Mobile reception varies. Coin operated washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room. Reserved parking in the open private car park accessed from the rear of the building, space No. 43.

PARKING: Allocated parking space at the open air car park at the rear of the building acessed via Albert Road.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the rear parking area: 14 Steps up to property level with a rail on both sides.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Loading/unloading available from allocated parking space at the rear of the building.


STAIRS/STEPS: Threshold step into communal hallway. Property is on the level throughout.

FLOORING: Carpets to most rooms, with lino flooring in kitchen and bathroom.

BEDROOMS: Un-restricted access around the bed.


BATHROOMS: Shower over bath with curtain.

LIVING AREA: Curtains to windows.



PETS: Not Accepted. Please enquire on booking regarding assistance dogs.


We had a great week at 43 Carrack Widden.. The whole block is very well cared for (by the on-site caretaker) and is always clean and tidy. The apartment had everything we needed and was spacious enough for two adults and two kids. The view from the lounge over Porthminster is spectacular!
