Benefiting from a larger sized bedroom, due to its end position, this comfy apartment also enjoys uninterrupted views overlooking Porthminster beach, Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.  A perfect location to relax and unwind.  Shops, restaurants, beach and the scenic coastal train are just a short walk away.

The open plan living area has two large 3-seater sofas, TV, wi-fi, DVD player, Hi-fi and double picture windows to enjoy the beautiful views out across the sea.  The kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge and ample cupboard storage space.  The bedroom has a double bed, twin 3ft bunk beds, TV, chest of drawers and free-standing wardrobe.  The bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail.  Access is via 14 steps from the rear, where there is a dedicated private parking space and on-site communal coin-operated laundry room.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi included. Mobile phone reception varies. Coin operated washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room. Reserved parking in the open private car park accessed from the rear of the building, space No. 41.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the rear parking area: 14 Steps up to property level with a rail on both sides.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Loading/unloading available from allocated parking space at the rear of the building.


STAIRS/STEPS: Threshold step to enter communal hallway. Property is level throughout.

FLOORING: The living area and bedroom have carpet flooring. The kitchen and bathroom are lino.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around double bed. Fixed ladder on bunk beds. Slightly restricted headroom on top bunk.


BATHROOMS: Shower over the bath with a moveable shower screen. Grab rails on the bath.

LIVING AREA: Curtains to all windows. 



PETS: Not Accepted. Please enquire on booking regarding assistance dogs


This property is located within a short walk of the town and Porthminster beach. It was very clean, comfortable and had a lovely view! I would definitely stay here again.
