Furnished in a modern style, the picture window in this apartment affords panoramic views over Porthminster Beach to Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The beach, town and scenic St Ives branch line are just a few minutes away.

Access by way of 14 steps from the parking area at the rear of the flats. Lounge/dining area with 2 3-seater sofas, TV, DVD player and CD player/hi-fi and fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and 3ft bunk beds and TV. Bathroom with shower over the bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. There is a coin operated laundry room communal to the block.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

PARKING: Allocated parking space at the open air car park at the rear of the building acessed via Albert Road.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the rear parking area: 14 Steps up to property level with a rail on both sides.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Loading/unloading available from allocated parking space at the rear of the building.


STAIRS/STEPS: Threshold step to enter communal hallway. Property is level throughout.

FLOORING: The living area and bedroom have carpet flooring. The kitchen and bathroom are lino.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around double bed. Fixed ladder on bunk beds. Slightly restricted headroom on top bunk.


BATHROOMS: Shower over the bath with a moveable shower screen. Grab rails on the bath.

LIVING AREA: Curtains to all windows.
