With a picture window giving panoramic views around the St Ives Bay towards Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond, Seascape is just a few minutes walk from the golden sands of Porthminster Beach and the beautiful St Ives branch line. The shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. There is a coin operated laundry room communal to the block.

Lounge/kitchen/dining area with electric double oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, TV/DVD player and iPod dock with YouView box offering 7 day catch up, pausing and recording features, Free WiFi, double sofa bed and panoramic views across St Ives Bay. Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and 3ft bed. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc, wall heater and heated towel rail.

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Coin operated washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room. Secure parking in the shared garage accessed from the front of the building, space no 11 - 7 ft 2ins wide and 15ft 6ins long (please note that access to nearside car door may be limited due to position of pillar - please see web photograph).

PROPERTY NAME: Seascape, 11 Carrack Widden

PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION: Reinforced concrete

PARKING: There is an allocated parking space in the locked communal garage below the apartment (7 ft 2ins wide and 15ft 6ins long)

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the Garage: 15 Steps up to the property level with a rail on the right. OR From the rear pedestrian entrance: 28 Steps down to property level with a rail on the right to half way, and then a rail on both sides.

PROPERTY ACCESS: To unload it is possible to park on the tarmac parking area/pedestrian entrance at the rear of the building (do not leave your vehicle unattended).


STAIRS/STEPS: There is a small threshold step to the hallway leading to the apartment. There are no internal steps.

FLOORING: The flooring is laminate throughout. There are 2 sheepskin rugs in the bedroom, 1 bound edge rug in the lounge.

BEDROOMS: There is unrestricted access around all beds.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Mostly synthetic with 1 feather pillow.

BATHROOMS: There is a shower over the bath with a curtain. There are grab rails on the bath.

LIVING AREA: There are curtains to the window in the living area.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: Communal patio area with small garden to rear

You could not have got a better view anywhere in St Ives. The flat was very well equipped, everything was there. We enjoyed our holiday very much and hope to return to St Ives.
