Just a few minutes walk away from the golden sands of Porthminster Beach and the scenic St Ives branch line, with spectacular views around St Ives Bay toward Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The shops and restaurants are within a five minute walk away. There is a coin operated laundry room communal to the block.

Living room with 4ft 6in double bed settee, YouView smart TV,  Blu Ray DVD player and CD HiFi. with DAB/FM and Bluetooth. Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, TV, hairdrier and radio alarm clock. Bathroom with shower over the bath, shaver socket, wash basin, wc, heated towel rail and fan heater.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Coin operated washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room. Secure parking in the shared garage accessed from the front of the building, space No. 15.

PROPERTY ACCESS: To unload it is possible to park on the tarmac parking area/pedestrian entrance at the rear of the building (do not leave your vehicle unattended).
