Furnished in a contemporary style the apartment enjoys stunning panoramic views across St Ives Bay towards Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The golden sands of Porthminster Beach, the pretty St Ives Branch line, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. There is a coin operated laundry room communal to the block.

Living room with double bed/settee, TV, DVD player,You View recorder and DAB radio with bluetooth. Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Bedroom with 5ft bed. Bathroom with shower over the bath, wash basin and wc.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Coin operated washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room. Secure parking in the shared garage accessed from the front of the building, space No. 12.

PARKING: Parking space in the locked shared garage below.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the Garage: 15 Steps up to the property level with a rail on the right. OR From the rear pedestrian entrance: 28 Steps down to property level with a rail on the right to half way, and then a rail on both sides.

PROPERTY ACCESS: To unload it is possible to park on the tarmac parking area/pedestrian entrance at the rear of the building (do not leave your vehicle unattended).


STAIRS/STEPS: From outside landing 1 step down into internal shared hallway. The property is level throughout.

FLOORING: Carpet in lounge and bedroom, tiled flooring in the kitchen/dining and bathroom areas. 

BEDROOMS: Good access around the bed.


BATHROOM: Shower over bath with a curtain.

LIVING AREA: Curtains in lounge and bedroom. Bound rug in lounge and at side of bed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrick Widden. It was in a fabulous location. The flat was very well equipped from all the amenities to everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Very comfy bed. Lots of hanging space for clothes.
