Access is via six spaced-out steps along a sloping passageway that leads to the patio, three steps up to the front door.
GARDEN and PARKING: Patio area with table, seating and, around the corner, an outside tap with shower attachment and large toy box. No allocated parking. Nearest Public Car Park is The Station.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent, central heating.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog will be allowed from September 3rd onwards; £25 per week.
