Situated close to the shops and only a five minute walk to the harbour this refurbished cottage has sea views from some rooms.

Entrance hall to Lounge/Diner with TV/DVD player through to Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath and wash basin. Separate wc. Half landing to bedroom with 3ft bunk beds and sea glimpses over rooftops. Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and sea view to Godrevy. Second floor: Steep, narrow staircase to attic bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and sea view to Godrevy.

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heating: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Shop: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No WiFi. Mobile phone reception varies. 5 Steps to the front door. On-site parking for 1 car on private driveway at the property entrance.

From ground floor, 10 steps up to first floor landing and 1 more step up to bathroom and WC. Small landing leading to 4 more steps. From first floor landing, 12 narrow steep steps up to second floor with a rope handle on the right.

Wooden flooring in living area, Vinyl floor in kitchen, bathroom and WC. Carpeted stairs and bedrooms.

Cord pull blinds to windows.

No external area.

CHILD EQUIPMENT: Travel Cot Provided.
